Heather Neeb is the local artist behind this statement necklace. A beautiful hand cut Tigers Eye layered with sterling silver is highlighted in this piece. The layering of the two materials is a unique technique called lamination. Another design element is the intricate fine silver filigree details. The necklace is 16 ½ inch double strand of hematite beads with a handmade toggle to fasten together.
